Thank you for shopping with Glow With Eaze. We're committed to getting your skincare ritual essentials to your doorstep with care and speed.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only. We're working hard to expand internationally — stay tuned!
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
🚚 Standard Shipping (FREE) — 7-12 business days
✈️ Express Shipping — 4-7 business days (calculated at checkout)
All orders include tracking information sent to your email within 24-48 hours of dispatch.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time using this number on the carrier's website. Please note: Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after shipment.
Shipping Delays
While we work with reliable shipping partners, occasional delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier disruptions
- High-volume seasons (holidays, Black Friday, etc.)
- Address verification issues
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@glowwitheaze.com and we'll investigate immediately.
Wrong Address or Missed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customers will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
Damaged or Lost Packages
In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@glowwitheaze.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of damage (if applicable)
- Brief description of the issue
We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement at no extra cost.
